At Benjamin's by AF TRADE

We are convinced that the textile industry, due to its environmental and social impact, must evolve towards more responsible and sustainable practices. We place the ecological transition at the heart of our strategy, with strong values and concrete actions to reduce our carbon footprint and promote a circular economy model. This charter formalizes our commitment and actions in favor of a more responsible textile industry.

→ Our Core Values

We firmly believe that transforming our industry starts with aligning our actions with strong and consistent values. Our commitment to ecological transition is based on a clear conviction: our activity has an impact, and we must take action to reduce it.

For this reason, we have built our approach around three main values:

  • Environmental Respect: Our production model aims to minimize ecological impact through the use of sustainable materials and innovative processes.

  • Transparency: We are committed to being transparent in all our actions and decisions so that every step of our production is clear and understandable.

  • Social Responsibility: We believe that ecological transition cannot happen without considering human rights and working conditions for our employees and partners, which is why we are a member of BSCI.

→ Actions We Have Already Implemented

We have already taken concrete steps to transform our production chain and reduce our environmental footprint. Among these actions, we can highlight:

  • 100% Recycled and Recyclable Packaging: We chose to make all our packaging eco-friendly by using only recycled cardboard. This initiative helps reduce plastic waste and promotes a circular production cycle.

  • Short Supply Chains: We have established short supply chains with geographically close suppliers to reduce transport-related emissions and support local actors.

  • Formulas Compliant with Strict Ecological Standards: Our products meet rigorous ecological requirements and contain no controversial ingredients, ensuring both safety and environmental respect.

  • Reduction of Paper Usage: By prioritizing digital solutions, we have significantly decreased our paper consumption in our offices and across internal and external communications.

Additionally, our commitment to sustainability is certified by several recognized labels that demonstrate our dedication to responsible practices at every stage of our production chain, including:

Our labels:

bonneterie professionnelle
chaussettes grossistes
collants en gros
legging fournisseur
sous-vêtement en gros

These certifications are a testament to our genuine commitment to promoting environmentally and socially responsible practices.

→ Our Measurable Commitments

Our actions go beyond general intentions. They are structured around clear, measurable objectives that guide our transformation:

  • Reduction of Energy Consumption:
We commit to reducing our energy consumption by 30% by 2027, through investments in more efficient technologies and by optimizing our production processes.

  • Launch of a Zero-Plastic Range Using 100% Recycled Materials:
By 2027, we will introduce a complete line of zero-plastic textile products, made entirely from 100% recycled materials, for men, women and children.
This collection will include socks, underwear, pajama sets, and various knitwear items, meeting the growing expectations of our customers regarding eco-friendly product design.

  • Reforestation:
We have implemented a reforestation program to compensate for our carbon footprint while supporting biodiversity.
For every order exceeding €10,000, one tree is planted in partnership with EcoTree, a company specializing in sustainable forest management in France and Europe.
EcoTree acquires and maintains forest plots, allowing both individuals and companies to invest in trees and become their owners.
This model supports reforestation and ecosystem preservation while generating long-term value, combining environmental commitment with an effective CSR strategy.

  • Awareness and Education on Eco-Consumption:
As part of our CSR approach, raising awareness about eco-consumption is a strategic priority.
Following the principles of environmental education, we believe that behavioral change stems from information, pedagogy, and consumer empowerment.
To support this, we develop and publish regular educational content on our website and key social platforms (Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn), helping our customers and prospects adopt more sustainable purchasing habits.
This initiative aims to deepen understanding of responsible consumption challenges and encourage informed decision-making, contributing to a shift toward more environmentally and socially respectful models.

At Benjamin by AF TRADE, we believe that our environmental and social commitment is not merely a communication exercise, but a strategic tool for our evolution and for the transformation of our entire industry.
Through this charter, we reaffirm that social responsibility is not a trend—it is a necessity to build a sustainable future.

We extend our thanks to all those who share this vision with us and who help drive this movement toward a model that respects both the environment and people.

Benjamin by AF TRADE — for a more responsible and sustainable fashion.
